The Ellis Open Pocket uses a hands-off QT loading chute, double the cubic footage of its nearest competitor, resulting in 100% positive loads up to 400 lbs. at a time. The Open Pocket uses an isolated single hydrostatic drive for all mechanical functions. All electric components are also remote-mounted, ensuring long life and minimal vibration interference.
Ellis designed and manufactured conveyors feature stainless steel beds, outboard bearings, and rubber-cleated Intralox belting for consistent transfer of goods.
The Ellis WHISPERDRYer processes loads up to 1000 lbs., all at or under 72 Db., beating OSHA's standards. All components are controlled with the Ellis Intellitrol Control with p.m. programs, ratio-metric washing and unmatched production/machinery reporting for accurate, efficient management of the wash aisle.
