A single-motor hydrostatic drive allows use of a smaller standard off-the-shelf 40hp motor. A two-way hydraulic tilt gives a greater range of motion, allowing gravity assistance in loading and unloading. A large 50" diameter door affords better access to goods within the wheel and assures faster turnaround times.
"As with all Ellis Washer/Extractors, our Intellitrol Network Control programs wash speeds, extract speeds and cylinder reversals. The use of Intellitrol dramatically improves efficiency," Fesmire said.
