The 79" by 32" single-shell stainless-steel cylinders provide unprecedented washing action for the heaviest of soils. The goods are lifted by an automated scooping arm, raised to the top of the 79" cylinder and dropped onto a rib and the cylinder bottom with a powerful washing action. This high level of mechanical action provides a faster wash and rinse process, with a faster bath exchange than any other tunnel washer. The Ellis 360 can be used in a gentle cycle where the goods are rocked along the bottom of the chamber like a traditional tunnel washer.
