Packaged Product Range:
Custom designed for low and high pressure steam boilers (15 to 250 PSIG). Sizes to 800 horsepower. (Larger sizes available upon request.)
Atmospheric Receiver Tank:
Corrosion resistant stainless steel construction. The Atmospheric Receiver Tank carries an extended five-year warranty. No more worries regarding tank internal lining failure, or tank failure due to dissolved oxygen corrosion. All nozzles 2 1/2" and larger are flanged. Standard capacities from 50 to 1,030 gallons.
Level Control:
In the event there is not enough condensate return, make-up water is only added to automatically maintain level. Condensate should not be wasted, since it has already been treated and heated.
Feed Water Pumps:
One, two, and three pump configurations available, prepiped with electrical controls. Standard pumps are centrfugal multi-stage type, stainless steel fitted, vertical configuration with mechanical seal. Continuous and intermittent pumping operation based on your boiler's needs. Optional voltages and motor enclosures are available.
Steam Preheat:
Optional, configurations using either direct steam injection into the water utilizing a sparge diffuser tube or indirect heating with a U-Tube Bundle.
