The Ellis IntelliTrol Controls generate data identifying various alarm conditions that warn your technicians of an upcoming service requirement and diagnose a failure, should it occur during daily operation. Both of these features enhance the performance of your investment by reducing the likelihood of extended downtimes.
MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE TOOLS:

As a service tool, the IntelliTrol Network is capable of monitoring all phases of the operation. Because Ellis is the largest supplier of equipment to the laundry industry, we have chosen a network that not only monitors the machinery operation, but also the utility operation in your power plant.
Everything from steam pressure, air pressure, water pressure, water temperature, water levels, waste water treatment, etc. can be monitored through the IntelliTrol Network. It also includes preventive maintenance programs and the ability to be accessed via modem from remote locations.
ELLIS IntelliTrol NETWORK:
The Ellis IntelliTrol Network includes two PC stations with printers, cabling, installation, and the complete network software to manage your facility. The base system can be expanded to monitor just about any component in your plant.
