Ellis Corporation, located in Itasca, Illinois, has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing equipment for over 120 years. Starting with industrial driers, this fifth-generation family-owned business expanded its product line over the decades to laundry equipment, energy generating and recovery equipment, wastewater treatment and water recovery equipment, and Uptime™ preventative/predictive software. Bringing new innovations to the industry, our ever-growing product line has kept Ellis going.
Ellis’ sister company Ludell Manufacturing, is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was founded in 1948 and became part of the Ellis Corporation in 1996.
Our in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities have allowed Ellis to continue to move forward. Although standard products are the primary part of our product line, customized projects are welcome.
Water Solutions Manufacturing
In 1970 the United States Environmental Protection Agency was formed. This was followed by the promulgation of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act in 1972. In 1973 Ellis Corporation installed its first Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) in a laundry located in Chicago. Five decades later our Water Solutions product line continues to expand through designing continual innovations for our customers.
In-house manufacturing allows us to monitor fabrication with continuous quality control in our ASME Certified shop. We have the capability to handle projects small and large.
Today, Ellis is a leading manufacturer and one-stop shop for all water system needs. We handle projects from small to large.
